Folks,,,Its officially Smoker Season

Today was a good day weather wise, I came home to the loves of my life playing outside with every intention of slapping some meat on the Smocker and enjoying the warmth that spring will bring. There is nothing like it, opening the pit up and getting nailed with a plum of Smoke and Flavor.

Today’s Menu: Chicken

Seasoned with a couple new rubs I picked up over the weekend, we out here and we hungry.

About 40 minutes later this is what we were greeted with

I’m a simple man: I like Smoked Meats, Grilled Meats, and Baked Meats. I just like meat, and nothing says Spring/Summer like good Company, and Good Meat.
